However, it’s crucial to note that Oxymetholone Tablets should not be a substitute for other supportive treatments like blood transfusions, correcting deficiencies in iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, or pyridoxine, antibacterial therapy, and the judicious use of corticosteroids.
